Does working with BC Consulting Group:

• Guarantee a salary and income?  No, consultants are paid on a part-time basis.  There are several different types of engagements that work for our customers, but you will work as a 1099 contractor, not a FTE.
• Provide medical and dental benefits?  No, as a 1099 contractor, medical and dental benefits are not part of your compensation. 
• Provide flexibility in working hours?  Yes, the number of hours you are available to work is up to you.  We can assist in helping you find 8 hours a month, or 8 hours a day.
• Help in finding new clients?  Yes, our network of consultants is built on the idea that all boats rise with the tide.  While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to secure you new business, we can open new doors and new opportunities.  This allows you to focus on providing your expert service while we focus on finding you new clients and customers.
